The Kid Stays!
The ‘Kid Stays in the Picture’ is the name of a 1994 autobiography by film producer Robert Evans.
Robert Evans was to rise from being a second-string actor to head of one of Hollywood’s biggest movie studios, Paramount, making such classics as Rosemary’s Baby, Love Story, and of course, The Godfather.
So what has Robert Evans to do with this blog?
I will tell you.

The crowd poalaof.com is seeking already exist because they happen to share an interest in one legend.

poalaof.com will allow information about the book to flow around the world thereby increasing awareness.
At this point it must be stated that there are questions about the [legality] of taking money from “investors” without offering any of the security demanded by legitimate investment schemes.
Each investor with an investment over $500 in poalaof.com will receive a legal contract entitling them to a share of the profit following the successful marketing of Portrait of a Legend and other Folks.
poalaof.com will hold funds in an escrow account and if the nominated target [$150,000] isn’t reached in the nominated time [6 months] all funds will be returned to contributors.
Investors in the book Portrait of a Legend and other Folks will be given something for their money because they have paid for and will receive something.
poalaof.com will disclose a full and comprehensive business plan on site for which funding is sought.
It is legal for an entrepreneur to use crowdfunding to raise a limited amount of equity-based financing in a limited time.
From where I stand poalaof.com will have six months to raise $150,000 for the production of 5,000 copies of the book Portrait of a Legend and other Folks.
The Kid will therefore stay in the picture and Portrait of a Legend and other Folks will be published.
